Rick Braswell / Jammin 99

I was born and raised in Wilson, and graduated from Fike High School in the class of 1973. I married my high school sweetheart and now plan to live happily ever after. I first started in radio with WLLY in Wilson in 1982. I moved to Panama City, Florida, in 1983 and programmed the #1 station in the market: WPAP Country. In 1990, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to do afternoons at WSM-FM—home of the Grand Old Opry and Opryland USA.

In 1996, I moved back to Wilson to work with Katie Country and now work for the best new company in radio—First Media Radio! Tune in with me...Rick Braswell on weekdays from 9am until 3pm right here on Jammin 99!
